Delete your account and data

Email hello@socialsociety.io from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my data”. We will confirm the request, then delete or anonymize your account, profile, social profile details, imported posts, access tokens and shipping address within 30 days.

We keep what the law requires, such as records of earnings, payments and fees, and the audit log. Videos a brand already has the right to use under an agreed brief stay with that brand for the agreed period.

Disconnect Instagram or TikTok

• In Social Society, go to Profile → Connect your socials and choose Disconnect. We delete the stored access token and the posts we imported.
• You can also remove Social Society from the connected apps in your Instagram or TikTok settings.
• To stop us showing your public profile to brands, remove your handles from your profile or ask us to delete your data.

If we contacted you but you never signed up

Use the unsubscribe link in any invitation to stop further emails, or email hello@socialsociety.io and we will delete the public profile details and contact email we hold about you.
